Priek\u0161roka tiks dota kandid\u0101tiem ar iepriek\u0161\u0113ju pedago\u0123isko pieredzi, \u012bpa\u0161i s\u0101kumskolas darb\u0101, un interesi par inov\u0101cij\u0101m izgl\u012bt\u012bb\u0101 un pieredzi inov\u0101ciju ievie\u0161an\u0101. Augstu tiks v\u0113rt\u0113ta sp\u0113ja sadarboties, nep\u0101rtraukti profesion\u0101li pilnveidoties un gatav\u012bba sevi analiz\u0113t, izv\u0113rt\u0113t savu darbu, lai regul\u0101ri uzlabotu m\u0101c\u012bbu programmu. Skolot\u0101jus izv\u0113l\u0113sim r\u016bp\u012bgas atlases proces\u0101.<\/p>\n<p>Apr\u012bl\u012b jau notikusi un v\u0113l rit r\u016bp\u012bga kandid\u0101tu atlase. Viens no krit\u0113rijiem p\u0101rrun\u0101s bija skolot\u0101ja praktisk\u0101 darba izv\u0113rt\u0113jums \u2013 l\u012bdz ar interviju kandid\u0101tiem sagatavojoties p\u0101rrun\u0101m tika uzdots praktisks uzdevums. Atlasi veic vair\u0101ki person\u0101la, izgl\u012bt\u012bbas speci\u0101listi un pieaicin\u0101ti vec\u0101ku p\u0101rst\u0101vji no Satura darba grupas. P\u0113c tam tiks v\u0113rt\u0113tas kandid\u0101ta prasmes re\u0101l\u0101 darb\u012bb\u0101 (piem\u0113ram, apmekl\u0113jot vi\u0146a \u0161\u0101 br\u012b\u017ea darba vietu). Tas noz\u012bm\u0113 ne tikai sadarb\u012bbu un salied\u0113t\u012bbu ar audz\u0113k\u0146iem, vec\u0101kiem, bet, protams, s\u0101kotn\u0113ji pa\u0161\u0101 skolas person\u0101l\u0101.
